52 MOVES

52 Moves focuses on isolating the moves, one at a time, giving you 60 seconds to isolate a move, and to pay attention to the movement detail in that move, what ultimately helps you in becoming more knowledgeable, body aware, and efficient in improving your craft, technique, and movement skill.
