Hello over there!
I’m Johanna Enochsson, White Belt Teacher from Sweden, educated by Ann Christiansen in Göteborg last year. I was introduced to Nia three years ago through my mentor and college – native american Chris Hébert who has met Debbie and Carlos a long time ago. He helped Black Belt teacher Åsa Hellström start her business with Nia more than ten years ago.
Although there are a lot of things on the list still to be done today, I find myself writing to you right now, touched by Debbie Rosas personal words about healing oneself, healing the world. I want to say that I feel her intention behind the words. It’s a wonderful energy – very healing itself. I join with you and so many other human beings on this planet and pray for joy, love and compassion for every living thing, starting with myself. This message goes beyond words and thoughts and, I believe, it activates parts of the brain that has not been used so much! It is energy impulses moving and changing everything to new, higher levels of frequency that has not been on earth before. It is a sparkling sensation and it keeps getting better and better every time I choose happiness.
I am a proud representative of Nia, and it feels very natural for me to talk to people I meet about Nia when they want to, because it’s so close to my own being and beliefs. The spirit of Nia has reached my essence and it’s a beautiful blend. In my opinion, people in Sweden are really starting to wake up and turn their focus on finding meaning and pleasure in their lives. I have taught Nia with Åsa Hellström in Formtoppen, and Black Belt teacher Jonna Beldt in Niastudio Höganäs. In two weeks I will start my own Nia classes in my hometown Helsingborg. I have such a good feeling about it. In my class people will attend that has never trained or danced before. That takes a lot of courage and I will do my very best to guide them towards more joy and self-healing through sensation. This is really needed here! I visualize that Nia will grow largely in the nearest future creating so many changes it creates butterflies in my stomach.
I want to thank you for the hard work you do to feed me and other teachers with continuing education and information. It makes me feel connected with you although your on the other side of the world. Maybe we will meet one day!
In love and light,
Johanna Enochsson
