“Denis, I have been wanting to email you to tell you how fantastic your yoga classes are and what a great teacher you are. I think you do such a great job at not only bringing your students through a great workout but giving direction which I believe to be so important.”

“Is there any way we could make that mini massage last longer at the end of class. Knowing that massage is coming at the end is what gets me through some of those warrior poses. LOL “
Gail Kossel, Georgetown, Ontario

Nia is a type of movement class that involves martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Teachers from all over Halton recently participated in a Nia Jam in support of the Habitat for Humanity Halton. The Halton Nia community is sponsoring 2 build days (June 21 and July 19) on Habitat Halton’s summer build in Georgetown. The purpose is to create affordable housing for 3 hardworking families. Great job by all involved. If you would like more information on Habitat for Humanity Halton visit www.habitathalton.ca.
