Nia in South Africa

The clips were recorded as Debbie Rosas lead Cape Town Nia teachers and Belts in daily Nia demonstrations to sold out audiences literally “screaming” with appreciation and enthusiasm for what they saw on stage. I hear it was truly empowering for all that were there, and it certainly shows through when you watch the video! The music just creeps under my skin and something beautiful seems to happen in my heart, each and every time I watch it!
The movie was created by Esther Campbell and Giaco Angelini of TVCSA – this three-minute movie will give you an incredible in-body experience of what it was like to be there dancing Nia in a room full of loving energy. The Women’s Show is created and organized by SE Shows & Events and is a premier interactive lifestyle exhibition in South Africa.
We are so lucky, as Debbie and Carlos are coming to Toronto in June. I will let you know when the public classes have been arranged. It is definitely a special event that you won’t want to miss. The classes will probably sell out very quickly, but luckily, I’m on the organizing committee so you will be the first to know! YEAH
