The five stages of self-healing, also known as the five developemental stages, is an intregral part of Nia, a revolutionary fusion fitness program.
What are the five stages of self-healing? They are the architecture of embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing and walking. These progressive stages of developement serve to strengthen, align and organize the body and brain.
A healthy youngster if allowed to develope in his or her own natural time, will be flexible, bright and happy with well developed senses and awareness. Signs of interrupted or rushed development can be spotted as physical imbalances, emotional problems, dyslexia and/or other learning disabilities. We can now go back and consciously recreate the development we may have missed or been rushed through.
Debbie Rosas, the co-founder of Nia tells us that if we learned nothing else but these five stages of self-healing and did them on a regular basis, we’d have the potential for transformation.
The following film demonstrates these five stages. ENJOY!
