Fall Schedule

Well, I am so glad to be back. We just missed the arrival of Tropical Storm Faye, as we have good karma on our side. I have been busy with the Habitat build schedule and am still looking for volunteers on Tuesday, August 26th. All the funds are raised we just need able bodies to join “Team Nia” and help build for a day.

As promised I now have the fall schedule up and running. It may still need some adjustments here and there, but I think it’s pretty much ready to go. I’m teaching outside the studio as well and will be offering Nia Demo classes at different locations to spread the word.
