Expressing yourself with your arms and hands is natural. You do it all the time. It is a way you express emotion, excitement and sadness. It is even a way you express pain and pleasure. When you are hurt, your hands reach for the hurt part. When your are sad or touched your hands reach to your heart. When you see someone in need of comfort, you reach to soothe them. When you are excited you reach out! Hands communicate through emotion, movement and gesture. Hand and arm movements can release emotions, they communicate non-verbally, and they deliver amazing fitness and wellness. Using the hands and arms efficiently and correctly are key to self-healing and proper functioning. Their movement gives voice to the silent world inside you. Every gesture expresses a part of you. Like an echo, your arms and hands mirror the voice of your heart. They heal, create, build, make love, move and direct energy. They are miraculous tools.
