“It has been about a year and a half since I began yoga classes with Denis. I have never felt better. She seems to be able to target the areas of need with ease. Denis has a real passion for what she does and it shows. I have attended other yoga classes in the past and no one comes close to Denis. My favourite part of her sessions is when she helps me with my stretches/positions. It is as if she knows exactly where my body needs to go.”
“I have also attended some of Denis’ Nia classes. Denis makes it fun and to seem effortless especially with the uplifting music she chooses. I would recommend any of her classes to anyone as she is easily able to tailor them to suit anyone’s needs. But please Denis save one spot for me!!”

“I wanted to tell you how very much I enjoyed the guided meditation and Nia class last Saturday. The meditation made me feel unbelievably light and present, and I hope that my resulting enthusiasm for the Nia class wasn’t excessive as a result! I haven’t danced in years, and clearly I have really missed it; I will certainly be attending future classes with you — thank you for that gift”.

The Nia Blue Belt Intensive begins by strengthening one’s relationship with four unique realms: body, mind, emotions and spirit, to enhance all aspects of life and/or develop one’s ability to provide a multidimensional Nia experience for others. The thirteen Nia Blue Belt Principles provide the Nia practitioner tools to develop personal and professional communication skills, nurture relationships (with self and others), and pay greater attention to detail (intimacy). The Nia Blue Belt Intensive expands upon the White Belt Principles to further develop one’s ability to live and/or teach in a more conscious, holistic and joyful way.
